On 27th December 2008, Ace Alumni Initiation team successfully conducted Ace Alumni Tea Party at Nhucche's Bistro Organic Village in Baluwatar. The tea party was participated by approximately thirty alumni. To name some of them were Sher Singh Bhat, V.N.Goel, Saroj kaji Tuladhar, G.B.Banjara, Prameshwor Bhakta Malla, etc. The main objective of conducting the tea party was to kick starts the Ace Alumni Association which had been officially registered on 2003 but until date no activities has been conducted. Therefore the main agendas covered during the tea party were:
a) Networking
b) Alumni Re-registration Procedure
c) Temporary body formation
d) Website Feature for Alumni
e) Any other business


The meeting concluded favoring the agenda. A temporary ad hoc body of members of Ace Alumni Association was formulated as:

Furthermore, during the tea party meeting various views on how to continue the Ace Alumni Association was discussed. Some of the action plans were to find the Memorandum and renew the Ace Alumni Association from the CDO office. There is huge amount of renewal fees, and tedious legal procedures to go through as well. After the renewal of AAA a formal election shall be held to form an executive body. The Ace Alumni Association shall be funded by the alumni themselves through Ace Alumni Registration, where the Ace alumni shall register him/herself as a member of Ace Alumni by paying a certain sum of money (registration fee yet to be finalized). Then discussed was the official website of Ace Alumni Association. The website shall be a handy tool and the main platform to increase network, reunite and communicate the members. The last discussion topic of the event was any other body which focused on any other relevant discussions/features to be included in the Ace Alumni Association. This feature shall be enabled in the webpage of the Alumni too.

Not to forget, the coffee with the sandwiches, french fries, pakodas made out of organic vegetables were mouth watering and healthy.
